Our practice agrees with the right not to be discriminated against for any reason.
As a practice we have many multi-cultural patients and we would not tolerate racial discrimination of any kind from either staff or others towards them. We have in the past employed multi-cultural staff and had no problem when they wanted time away for prayer. We did not and would not hear of any discrimination against anyone’s religious beliefs.
We would not discriminate against any current patient or indeed anyone wishing to register due to his/her age or disability.
We would not dicriminate against anyones sex or sexual orientation, age or social class.
Nor would we choose not to employ a new member of staff on any of the above discriminating grounds.
